For this special Giving Back Thursday edition of Let’s Talk with Yu Tsai, I catch up with my dear friend Karen Knowles Zuniga, the executive chef at Electric Avenue Chef. Karen and her husband, Austin, began their pop-up restaurant Electric Avenue ten years ago where they serve world class meals on film and photography sets. We talk about how they have repositioned their business at this time, offering curbside pickup and how they are also giving back working with FoodCycle LA to donate food to those in need.
