Jon shares how the concept for Uncle Paulie’s began as a neighborhood style deli in LA. We talk about what they are doing to pivot their business to offer needed grocery items to customers, as well as free meals for nurses and first responders. They are also working with charities that help feeding public school children while schools are locked down.
