For this special Giving Back Tuesday edition of Let’s Talk Live with Yu Tsai, Mee McCormick of Pinewood Kithcen and Mercantile in Tennessee and I have a spirited conversation. Mee tells about how she faced adversity of autoimmune disease and sought better health through food. She and her husband converted their organic farm and ranch into a restaurant and mercantile. Pinewood has continued to serve through the pandemic and has even been blessed enough to bring on additional employees. We talk about the positive action of servitude for others and the community.
