For this special Giving Tuesday edition of Let’s Talk Live with Yu Tsai, Hunter Evans, chef and restaurateur of Elvie’s Restaurant in Jackson Mississippi joins me. Elvie’s, named for his grandmother, is a new local restaurant in Jackson serving the community a blend of French and Southern flavors. He tells me how they had just opened earlier this year and how they are weathering the pandemic and also giving back, helping to make lunches for schools and front-liners.
