Andy Wang is a food writer with an incredible history. He’s very reluctant to be called a critic as he’s always worked to tell the stories and observe the efforts of chefs and cooks across the country, who are crafting the dishes of all cultures, especially authentic Asian cuisine. He’s penned for all the notable food and travel publications including The New York Times, NY Post, Conde Nast Traveler, Taste, DuJour, and Food and Wine. Currently, he hosts “LA Food Gang” with the former associate editor of Eater LA with Crystal Coser on Sunday nights on Clubhouse.
